If you order by October 31st, delivery is included in the price – an additional DKK 100 per order for a thermal box will be added. If you order after October 31st, delivery costs DKK 125 + DKK 100 for a thermal box per order. Collection at Kroen 1936, Strandvejen 235, Charlottenlund.

Important information
- Delivery and pickup will take place on December 30th between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM – the food will be delivered cold with instructions so it is easy to heat and serve on New Year's Eve.
- We deliver in the postal codes 2900–2950 and pick up at Kroen 1936, Strandvejen 235, Charlottenlund.
- Orders must be received no later than 3 days before delivery/pick-up, i.e. no later than December 27. We have space for 500 envelopes - first come, first served.
- Payment is made upon ordering. The order is binding from 3 weeks before delivery - after that there is no right of cancellation, as the food is produced on a specific date.
- A vegetarian version can be ordered - write it in the order.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will we get the food?
December 30th between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM – either delivered or picked up at Kroen 1936. Then everything will be ready in the fridge for New Year's Eve.
Is the food hot or cold?
The food is delivered cold in a thermal box with instructions so you can heat it up and prepare it for New Year's Eve. It takes just a few minutes per dish.
How many people can you deliver to?
We have room for 500 envelopes for New Year's. Once they are sold, we will close orders.
Can we have more people than originally ordered?
Yes, you can purchase additional envelopes at the same price up to 3 days before, as long as there is space. Write to kontakt@kroen1936.dk.
What about allergies?
Please write down any allergies and considerations in your order and the kitchen will adapt as much as possible.
What if we have to cancel?
Up to 3 weeks before the date, the order can be cancelled and the amount refunded. After that, the order is binding, as raw materials and production are scheduled for the date.
